TM Telcomm built the CallMax app as a free application. This Service is provided by TM Telcomm at no cost and is intended for use as-is.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the CallMax application, website, or related communication services. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

CallMax collects and processes information necessary to provide communication and PBX-related services. This may include:

  • Extension and user information associated with your CallMax account

  • Call Detail Records (CDRs), including source and destination numbers, IP addresses, timestamps, and call metadata

Device & App Data

Third-Party SDKs

How We Use Your Information

SMS & Messaging Compliance

SMS and messaging services are provided through Twilio, a third-party communications platform.
Message recipients must explicitly opt in to receive messages. All messages include opt-out instructions (e.g., replying STOP) and help instructions (e.g., replying HELP).

TM Telcomm does not sell or share messaging data for marketing purposes outside of providing the Service.

Data Retention

  • Call recordings, voicemails, and CDRs are retained based on account settings and may be deleted by users via the CallMax app or TM Telcomm portal.
  • Messaging opt-in and opt-out records are retained as required for compliance with carrier and legal obligations.

Children’s Privacy

CallMax is not intended for children under the age of 14. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete such information promptly.

Sharing and Disclosure
